IT Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues impacting card printing systems.
• Work with internal teams to ensure proper functionality of card management software and databases.
• Provide end-user support for system usage, printing errors, and operational concerns.
• Maintain system logs and documentation for recurring issues and resolutions.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and security patches.
• Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Perform regular backups and assist with data recovery procedures.
• Follow IT security policies and help maintain system security.
