IT Support / Desktop Engineer

We are looking for a skilled IT Support / Desktop Engineer to join our team and provide technical support to clients across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Windows 10/11 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Provide Microsoft 365, Outlook and email support.
• Install and troubleshoot antivirus and other business applications.
• Provide basic support for CCTV, NVR/DVR and biometric attendance systems.
• Handle client-site installation, maintenance and technical support.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain service reports, IT asset records and support tickets.
• Coordinate with vendors and senior engineers for technical issues.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking.
• Windows OS troubleshooting and software installation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Outlook.
• Knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi, routers and switches.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations across Delhi NCR.

Qualification & Experience

BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc. IT / Diploma or equivalent IT qualification.

Experience: 14 years in IT Support, Desktop Support or Field Support.

Salary: 18,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
