Were Hiring: IT Broking Support Engineer

Join our IT Broking Operations team and play a key role in keeping our trading systems running smoothly - from application support to infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Support trading platforms - Money Maker (Saral), Greek, XTS (BOD/EOD)
• Troubleshoot and resolve trading application issues
• Coordinate with multiple teams for smooth day-to-day operations
• Handle exchange connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
• Support IT infrastructure - hardware, network, and help desk support
• Maintain tickets, SLAs, and reports for timely issue resolution
• Handle asset management and provide monthly reports

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years experience in IT/trading application support
• Knowledge of Windows OS 10/11, Active Directory (user creation domain join), and basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
• Skilled in troubleshooting trading software and supporting internal external customers.
• Strong communication skills a proactive, self-driven attitude
