About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Having experience for 1 year to 3 years in handling international voice process. Preferably US clients
- Responding to client calls, requests and chat.
- Providing technical support and resolving issues via phone and chat.
- Providing 24/7 support and ability to work in rotational shifts, mainly night shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge on Service Now ticketing tool and SLA compliance.
- Good to have Basic knowledge on Windows, Outlook issues, Internet issues (LAN WAN ) VPN issues, Active directory
- IBMiseries password reset issues
