We are hiring IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer.

Experience: 2+ Years

Shift: Rotational

Shift Timings

• 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Support trading platforms like Money Maker (Saral), Greek, and XTS.
• Troubleshoot trading applications and exchange connectivity.
• Handle hardware, networking, and IT support.
• Manage Windows OS, Active Directory, and IT assets.
• Maintain support tickets and reports.

Required Skills

• Experience in IT or Trading Application Support.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and networking.
• Good troubleshooting.
