About this role
- Proven work experience in the Help Desk, executing a variety of requests
- Hands on experience with help desk and remote desktop software
- Solid technical background, including network and firewall experience and laptop setup, Troubleshoot, deployment and disposal
- Work to enhance the process of laptop deployment and control
- Ability to communicate/resolve issues to a non-technical audience
- Experience in office365/o365 admin, Exchange experience will be added advantage
- Use department ticketing system to manage issues, document steps taken, and notify user when the issue is resolved.
- Proven project management/leadership experience and the ability to execute against a plan a plus and who can continually drive process efficiencies
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Team management skills
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
