IT Support Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users on desktop hardware issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Manage asset inventory using Microsoft tools such as Asset Management System (AMS) to track hardware assets across the organization.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues related to IT infrastructure, software applications, and hardware devices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching operating systems, updating software applications, and performing backups.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support principles and practices.
• Proficiency in managing assets using Microsoft AMS or similar tools.
