Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our users, assisting with hardware and software issues, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for all staff.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
Maintain documentation of support activities and update knowledge base articles.
Support network connectivity issues and assist with network troubleshooting.
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
