IT Support Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users on desktop hardware and software issues.
• Manage asset inventory, track maintenance schedules, and perform routine checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot complex IT problems using various tools such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support, hardware support, and asset management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including Windows operating systems, Office applications, and Outlook email clients.
