Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in creating applications that meet business priorities and quality standards.
• Define and implement development standards and technical guidelines to enhance consistency and maintainability.
• Manage development planning, timelines, and risks to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical directives for the development team.
• Provide coaching and technical support to developers to enhance team capabilities and solution quality.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in C# and Azure for software development.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for low-code solutions.
• Ability to architect scalable and secure software solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Low Code technologies.
• Familiarity with React.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
