Role Overview We are looking for AI & Automation Engineers to join our team and contribute to building intelligent agents and automation solutions. The role involves working with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Automate, and UiPath RPA to design, develop, and deploy automation workflows that improve efficiency and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Copilot Studio agents for business scenarios and knowledge workflows. Build and maintain automation flows in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) . Implement UiPath RPA solutions to automate repetitive processes. Integrate Azure AI services (Language, Vision, Cognitive Search, etc.) into automation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation projects. Test, debug, and optimize automation workflows for reliability and scalability. Document processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Knowledge Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for agent creation. Practical knowledge of Power Automate (flows, connectors, triggers, PAD integration). Familiarity with UiPath RPA (activities, workflows, orchestrator basics). Exposure to Azure AI services and their application in automation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation . Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong documentation and presentation skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities.
