Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves engaging with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service management practices with organizational goals.
- Assist in documenting and refining service management processes to enhance clarity and efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on service management activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Office Mobilization & Run.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and process optimization.
- Ability to analyze service performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used in service management and delivery.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
