Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the design and implementation of service management frameworks to ensure seamless operations. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Office Mobilization & Run.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex service management challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve service delivery excellence.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used for monitoring and reporting service performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
