IT Service Management Governance Analyst Contract (India)

RED Global is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the Global Operations Service Lead in managing day-to-day IT service operations across the Legal & Compliance and REWAM application portfolios.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor AMS operations, incidents, requests, problems, and changes.
• Track SLA, KPI, service performance, risks, and action items.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and service review materials.
• Support governance meetings, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with vendors, AMS teams, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain service documentation, application inventory, and knowledge repositories.
• Support resource onboarding/offboarding and project transition activities.

Skills and Experience:

• 2–5 years in IT Operations, ITSM, Service Delivery, PMO, or Operational Coordination.
• Understanding of ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience with SLA/KPI tracking and operational reporting.
• Experience coordinating AMS teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Soft skills: structured, process oriented, able to navigate a complex environment
• operational governance, service management coordination, service monitoring, process mapping.
