Minimum 14 Years of IT Experience with more than 5 Yrs of Experience as a IT Service Delilvery Manager in ADM projects
Primary Skills Must Have
1 Min 3 years of experience in executing managed services engagement
2 Strong experience in ITIL concepts and experience in handling incidents service requests problem management change management and development work
3 Should have Managed L3 Support teams and collaborated with L2 L4 teams
4 Should know ITIL v3 or v4
5 Prior experience in streamlining ITIL concepts in team
6 Should be able to collaborate engage monitor and track the progress of remote team
7 Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
8 Experience in Weekly and Monthly status reporting
Good to Have
1 Experience working in Banking Domain - Treasury Tax Risk & Compliance
2 Hands of experience in technologies like Java and NET is added advantage
3 Prince/ PMP certifiedo
