IT Support / IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support / IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support the organization's computer systems, hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and security infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking, firewalls, and VPNs, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Support and manage Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Manage Microsoft technologies, including:
• Active Directory
• DNS
• DHCP
• Windows OS
• Perform user account creation, modification, password resets, and access management in Active Directory.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Support firewall management and security configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity for users and remote employees.
• Maintain IT systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Identify and resolve security-related issues involving systems, networks, and user access.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain hardware and software.
• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate infrastructure or security teams when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Support.
• Good understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
• Good understanding of network administration.
• Experience with firewalls and firewall management.
• Knowledge of VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of IT security fundamentals.
