IT & Security Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE We're a global technology company building ERP platforms, AI/ML systems, and hardware solutions for clients across North America, Malaysia, and India — operating with a lean, high-ownership team from our R&D center in Mysuru. We're looking for an IT & Security Lead to own our entire internal IT and security stack — from Microsoft 365 and device management to incident response and workflow automation. This is a wide-ranging role for someone who thrives with real responsibility and wants to build something, not just maintain it.

This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who has independently managed IT operations in a business environment and can take ownership from day one. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Microsoft 365 & Identity Manage users, groups, licenses, and the full M365 suite — including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. Own MFA, Conditional Access, and access control policies. Endpoint & device management Administer Microsoft Intune (or equivalent) across company laptops and mobile devices. Enforce device compliance, encryption, security baselines, and update policies. Maintain hardware inventory. Cybersecurity Monitor and respond to security alerts using Microsoft Defender. Conduct audits, improve Secure Score, maintain email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and run phishing awareness initiatives. IT operations & support Primary point of contact for employee IT support. Handle provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and documentation. Automation & process improvement Build internal tools and automations using Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, or n8n to reduce manual work and improve team efficiency. This is a core part of the role — not a bonus.
