IT Security Engineer

• Role Summary
• We are looking for a hands-on IT Security Engineer to support enterprise security operations, infrastructure security, systems hardening, incident response, and day-to-day security engineering activities.
• The ideal candidate should have practical production experience troubleshooting and remediating security issues across enterprise infrastructure and should be comfortable working with infrastructure, endpoint, and other technical teams.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day enterprise security operations and security engineering activities. Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate security issues and vulnerabilities across IT infrastructure. Perform systems and infrastructure hardening in line with security requirements and best practices. Participate in security incident response, investigation, containment, and remediation.
• Troubleshoot security-related issues across enterprise infrastructure and endpoints. Work closely with infrastructure, network, endpoint, and IT operations teams on security-related activities. Support implementation and maintenance of technical security controls. Monitor and investigate security events and assist with appropriate remediation. Document security issues, root causes, remediation steps, and technical recommendations. Communicate technical security risks and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Required Skills
• Hands-on experience in IT Security / Security Engineering. Experience with security operations in production environments. Strong understanding of systems hardening. Practical incident response and security incident troubleshooting experience. Experience troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure from a security perspective. Ability to work cross-functionally with infrastructure, endpoint, network, and IT teams. Strong technical documentation and communication skills. Good spoken and written English.
