Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Service & Security Operations Lead to manage IT service operations in a highly secure environment, ensuring service reliability, security, compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT Service Management operations in a highly secure IT environment, ensuring SLA adherence and service quality.
• Own Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Level Management, including Major Incident Management.
• Manage hardware assets, software licenses, access rights, and IT service lifecycle activities.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, consumption tracking, cost control, and spend management.
• Track and proactively monitor security risks, incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Manage access rights and provisioning/ deprovisioning of IT assets and infrastructure.
• Support and coordinate security and compliance audits to ISO/SOC2 standards, ensuring required controls, evidence, and corrective actions are maintained.
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers, including performance, SLAs, deliverables, and escalations.
• Track operational KPIs and drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Managing tasks and outputs from reporting team members.
• Managing internal and external customers of the service deliverables and timely, accurate reporting.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM and IT Security frameworks in an enterprise service management context.
• Experience in managing a small team.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy, or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
