IT Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, developing client relationships, and helping the company achieve its revenue goals. The candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales, software development sales, client acquisition, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective IT sales strategies
• Generate new business opportunities and leads
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Lead and guide the sales and business development team
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Conduct client meetings and business presentations
• Prepare proposals, quotations and business documents
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Identify new market opportunities
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline
• Work closely with technical and project teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT sales or business development
• Experience in managing a sales team
• Strong knowledge of IT services and software solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with B2B and client acquisition
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience using CRM and sales tools
• Target-driven with a proven track record of closing deals
