Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.

Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable IT solutions and services.

Develop a strong understanding of our IT products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.

Manage leads, conduct regular follow-ups, prepare quotations/proposals, and support the sales process.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

Basic understanding of IT products and services.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

1+ year of experience in IT Sales or B2B Sales is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
