UXDLAB Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives – IT Sales.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with US-based clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting suitable IT services and solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in IT Sales, Business Development, and international B2B sales.

• Generate and qualify new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, online research, and other channels.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients and prospects.
• Understand client requirements and introduce relevant IT services and solutions.
• Conduct B2B prospecting, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand and present IT solutions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Meet individual and team business development targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, client requirements, and industry developments.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in IT Sales and Business Development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions is an added advantage.
• Candidates from Delhi NCR / nearby locations will be preferred for convenient commuting to Sector 62, Noida.
