IT Resident Desktop Engineer L1 L2 Support

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate should have Hardware,OS and basics application knowledge.
• Resolving technical support calls over Phone , Mails , Helpdesk.
• Candidate should have basic Networking (Active and Passive) Knowledge.
• Setting up user Accounts and profile networks.
• Basic knowledge of windows server ,Anti- Virus and Firewall.
• Maintain Inventory of Hardware and Software.
• Maintain daily and weekly backup server.
• Coordinate with various service providers (Email, access control, software.CCTV).
• Versatile in End point Detection and in prevention tools thwart malicious hacks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of 2 to 5 Years.
• BSC IT / BCA / Diploma.
• Good Oral and Written Communication skills.
• Willing to learn and grow.
