IT Recruitment Specialist

Work Location : Andheri - Marol

Working Days - Mon to Friday

Shift timing - Regular Shift (IST)

Candidate Prefer - Western Line Suburb

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for technical positions. The candidate should have experience recruiting for IT roles and a good understanding of the staffing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle for IT positions sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn,Indeed), referrals and internal database.
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers/clients and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to check skills, experience, and availability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate salary expectations with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and update status in ATS/Excel tracker.
• Build a good pipeline of IT candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers till closure/onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing.
• Understanding of IT roles and technologies (Developers, Testers, Cloud, Support, Digital Solutions etc.).
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions at once.
