Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Manager with 10+ years of specialized experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Client Management, Team Handling, Recruitment Interviewing, Volume Hiring, Lateral Hiring, Leadership Hiring, Student Placements, and SAP & Oracle technology recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment operations across multiple hiring requirements.
Drive bulk/volume hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership recruitment.
Manage specialized technology hiring across SAP, Oracle, and other IT domains.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.
Handle client management, stakeholder communication, and hiring requirement discussions.
Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets and business objectives.
Conduct recruitment interviews and evaluate candidates for relevant positions.
Manage campus recruitment initiatives and student placement activities.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, submission-to-interview ratios, offer-to-join ratios, and closure timelines.
Resolve recruitment challenges through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure quality hiring, timely closures, and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of specialized experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Client Management, and Team Handling.
Proven experience in Lateral Hiring, Bulk/Volume Hiring, and Leadership Hiring.
Experience in SAP and Oracle technology recruitment.
Exposure to Student Placements and campus hiring.
Strong recruitment interviewing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver recruitment targets.
