IT Recruitment Manager-US Operations

Role:

HR Pundits is looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven US IT Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our US IT recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in US IT staffing, strong leadership capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving placements and achieving business objectives.

We are seeking a professional who can lead by example, build a high-performing recruitment team, streamline recruitment operations, and maintain a strong focus on productivity, accountability, and continuous growth.

Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage the US IT recruitment team to achieve placement targets.

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.

- Develop recruitment strategies to meet client requirements and business goals.

- Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and placement metrics.

- Coordinate with clients, account managers, and internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements.

- Manage multiple job openings and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, performance reports, and candidate databases.

- Build strong client and candidate relationships while improving recruitment efficiency.

- Take ownership of challenging requirements and drive successful closures.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 10+ years of experience in US IT recruitment and staffing.

- Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team.

- Strong track record of achieving placement targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, sourcing strategies, and recruitment tools.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive team performance.

- Strong ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
