Location: Delhi NCR | WFO | 5 Days Working | 9 AM–6 PM
Experience: 5–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Lead / Assistant Manager to manage a team and drive domestic and international IT hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and achieve hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end IT/Technical recruitment.
- Handle domestic, UAE/GCC and international hiring.
- Manage client/stakeholder relationships, requirements and escalations.
- Drive sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search and referrals.
- Manage TAT, SLA, interviews, offers and joining.
- Track team performance and recruitment MIS.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
- Strong team management and client-handling skills.
- Domestic IT hiring experience is essential.
- UAE/GCC or international hiring exposure preferred.
- Strong communication, sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work WFO, 5 days a week, 9 AM–6 PM in Delhi NCR.
