Stipend: 5000- 10,000 per month
Internship Duration: 6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruitment Intern / Trainee who is interested in building a career in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

The candidate will work closely with the recruitment team and gain hands-on experience across the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, negotiation, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and execute the complete IT Recruitment Cycle.
  
• Source candidates for various IT and technical positions.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  
• Use recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
  
• Conduct initial candidate communication and screening.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients/internal hiring teams.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Assist with salary negotiation and offer discussions.
  
• Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding activities.
  
• Understand different IT profiles, technologies, skills, and job requirements.
  
• Maintain regular recruitment MIS and status updates.
  
• Meet assigned sourcing and recruitment targets.
  

Required Skills

• IT / Computer Science educational background is preferred.
  
• Basic understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and job descriptions.
  
• Good knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
  
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media sourcing.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
  

Ideal Candidate

• Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
  
• BE/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. IT/B.Sc. Computer Science or similar IT background.
  
• Interested in pursuing a long-term career in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
  
• Proactive, confident, disciplined, and comfortable communicating with candidates.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
