Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Screener & Recruiter with 7+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate assessment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to offer rollout
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and talent databases.
• Conduct HR screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, career aspirations, compensation expectations, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule technical, managerial, and client interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support talent acquisition best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment standards, and employment regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in handling volume hiring and niche skill recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
