Role & responsibilities

• Understand technical job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and compensation.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability for the requirement.
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Work closely with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/MIS systems.
• Follow up on offers, joining dates, and onboarding formalities.
• Ensure positions are closed within the agreed TAT and recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and maintain candidate confidentiality.
