Role & responsibilities

• Active Sourcing: Find niche technical talent using job portals and open-source platforms
• Resume Parsing: Review technical resumes to match skill sets with job descriptions accurately.
• Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary telephonic rounds to evaluate technical basics, communication skills, interest levels, and cultural fit.
• Requirement Verification: Verify critical candidate details including notice periods, current CTC, expected CTC, and willingness to relocate.
• Coordination: Schedule technical tests, panel interviews, and management rounds.
• ATS Maintenance: Track candidate progress systematically within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Feedback Loop: Gather detailed interview feedback from hiring managers and convey constructive updates to candidates.
• Engagement: Maintain regular contact with selected candidates during their notice periods to minimize drop-out rates and ensure smooth onboarding.
