We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to support our recruitment and onboarding panel The role will provide hands-on exposure to technical hiring, panel coordination, onboarding panel management etc

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard experienced technical interviewers from platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, professional networks, referrals, and other talent channels for freelancing Panel.
• Identify and engage technology experts across various domains including Software Development, Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Product Engineering, AI/ML, and more.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification of interviewer profiles based on expertise, experience, and client requirements.
• Ensure quick response times for panel allocation requests and interviewer availability confirmations.
• Accurately map interview panels to open positions based on technology stack, seniority level, industry expertise, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill interviewer requirements within defined turnaround times (TATs).
• Build and maintain a strong database of qualified technical interviewers.
• Negotiate compensation, availability, and engagement terms with prospective interviewers.
• Conduct product and portal demonstrations for newly onboarded interviewers and guide them through the platform onboarding process.
• Maintain regular engagement with active interviewers to ensure availability and retention.
• Track onboarding progress, panel utilization, and allocation metrics.
• Ensure high data accuracy and proper documentation within internal systems.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and interviewer onboarding processes.

What Will You Need to Succeed

• Masters degree completed (MBA HR, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
• Prior internship experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, or Client Coordination is preferred.
• Freshers with strong internship exposure and interest in technology hiring may apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
• Exceptional sourcing and networking capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in panel mapping and data management.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
