Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Manufacturing domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring niche engineering talent and possess strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Manufacturing requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche engineering skills.
• Meet hiring targets within defined TAT and quality metrics.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring status reports to stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 2+years of experience in Engineering/Technical recruitment.
• Strong experience in hiring for Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Engineering domains.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
