Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Networking
  
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline/database of potential candidates for future roles.
• Candidate Screening & Evaluation
  
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluate candidates.
• Recruitment Process Management
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Market Intelligence
  
• Provide insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Advise business leaders on talent availability and recruitment strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., cloud engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess technical competencies effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Networking and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
