IT- Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Work Mode: 4 Days WFO + 1 Day WFH

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT and technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Hire for technical roles such as Java Developers, Full Stack Developers, MERN Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other IT positions.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and coordinate candidate onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong database of qualified technical candidates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and technical job descriptions.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
