Our IT recruitment team partners with multiple client firms across industries to fill technology roles quickly and with quality. We are looking for an IT Recruiter who enjoys the pace of agency hiring and is comfortable working directly with clients.

Role Overview

As an IT Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment cycle for technology positions across different client firms. You will understand client requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and close offers, while keeping both clients and candidates informed and engaged throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple clients, from requirement intake to candidate joining.
• Work closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements, tech stack, team structure and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, internal databases, referrals and cold outreach.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic or video screening to assess technical fit, communication, notice period, compensation expectations and relocation willingness.
• Hire for roles such as Java, Python, .NET, MERN/full stack, DevOps, cloud, data, QA/testing, and support profiles.
• Share shortlisted profiles with clients, collect feedback promptly and manage the interview pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate compensation, roll out offers and follow up with candidates until onboarding to reduce drop-offs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requirement data in the ATS or trackers, and share regular status updates with clients and internal leads.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of active and passive IT candidates.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for submissions, interviews and closures.

Requirements

Must have

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (agency or consulting experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience in client handling, including requirement discussions, profile submissions and feedback follow-ups.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles and hiring terminology (for example, the difference between Java and JavaScript, front end vs. back end, and so on).
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search and job portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and tight deadlines at once.
• Willingness to work from the Gurugram office 5 days a week.

Good to have

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
• Experience hiring for more than one client or domain at the same time.
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
• Exposure to both permanent and contract hiring.
