It Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in contract staffing and hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and permanent staffing requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical suitability, communication skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, interview feedback, and follow-ups with clients and candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for active requirements.
• Negotiate salary rates and coordinate offer discussions, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Achieve daily sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS or recruitment trackers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in contract staffing and contract hiring is mandatory.
• Good candidate screening and interview coordination skill
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills using Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Understanding of IT skills, job descriptions, and candidate evaluation.
• Experience handling client requirements, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
