Job Title: IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in SAP recruitment and a good understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and talent markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions, with the ability to identify, screen, and engage qualified SAP professionals for client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for SAP-related positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-ups.
- Understand SAP job requirements, including relevant modules and technical skills such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HANA, SuccessFactors, Basis, and other SAP technologies.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements and explain contract terms, duration, conversion opportunities, and employment conditions to candidates.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, relevant SAP experience, project exposure, communication skills, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles within defined timelines.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the interview and selection process.
- Negotiate compensation, contract rates, notice periods, and joining dates as per client and organizational requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.
- Achieve recruitment targets related to submissions, interviews, offers, and successful joinings.
Required Skills Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in SAP hiring.
- Good understanding of SAP modules, job descriptions, technical terminology, and SAP candidate profiles.
- Experience recruiting candidates for C2H, contract, and permanent positions.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize urgent positions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, turnaround time (TAT), and pipeline management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with IT staffing, consulting, or recruitment organizations.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation, support, migration, and upgrade project requirements.
- Understanding of contract staffing models, client submissions, billing rates, and candidate pay rates.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
