• Connect with candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up on interview feedback and selection status.
• Learn end-to-end IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and the IT industry.
