IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 0-3 years of experience in technical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions. Freshers with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and technical skills required for open positions.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates experience, technical skills, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, technical teams, and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities with the HR team.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IT recruitment and technical hiring processes.
• Knowledge of IT skills and job profiles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Full Stack Developer, QA Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Application Support Engineer.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and match candidate profiles with client requirements.
• Good follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate from a recognized university.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment can apply.
• Candidates with an HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition background will be preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical IT roles.
• Exposure to client-based recruitment or IT staffing.
• Familiarity with recruitment trackers, interview coordination, and candidate database management.
• Knowledge of salary negotiation, notice periods, and offer management.

• Number of relevant resumes sourced and shortlisted.
• Number of interviews scheduled.
• Number of positions closed within the agreed timeline.
• Candidate joining ratio and offer-to-joining conversion.
