Job Title: Trainee IT Recruiter / IT Recruiter

Skills and Responsibilities:-
1. Create and publish job ads in various portals
2. Network with potential candidates through professional groups on social media and during
events

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
4. Screen resumes and job applications
5. Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates
6. Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
7. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
8. Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
9. Reporting - daily, weekly and monthly
10. Ability to manage recruitment events, walk-in drives, etc
11. Sourcing talent through traditional and digital means to maintain an active candidate
database.
12. Must have excellent communication (Written and Verbal) skills.
