Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process and promote a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to promote as an employer of choice.

Preferred candidate profile

- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Recruitment analytics tools for measuring effectiveness and optimizing hiring strategies.
