IT Recruiter

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters to join our RPO team and work closely with our clients recruitment function.

Locations: Mumbai | Chennai | Bangalore

What are we looking for?

Were looking for recruiters with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboardingSource and identify candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen and assess candidates against technical and behavioural requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Handle client/stakeholder coordination and understand hiring requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ensure accurate pipeline managementDrive offers, negotiations, joining formalities, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Meet defined recruitment TATs and hiring targets

What you should bring:-

3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
Hands-on experience in sourcing for various IT/technical roles
Excellent client/stakeholder management and coordination skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and sourcing strategies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven RPO environment
