Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our IT Recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT requirements across the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and schedule interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment databases/ATS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview schedules and feedback.
• Negotiate salary and assist with offer and joining formalities.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
• Good sourcing and candidate interaction skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and job portals.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
