Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic (India-based) IT requirements
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates using:
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster)
- Employee referrals and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule technical interviews and follow up with candidates
- Negotiate salary and ensure offer closures
- Maintain candidate database and trackers
- Ensure quick turnaround time for closures
