Role & responsibilities

• Source tech talent daily via Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Screen profiles for tech skills, salary, and notice periods.
• Schedule all interviews and coordinate with managers.
• Track candidates from first contact to joining date.
• Follow up during notice periods to prevent drop-outs.

Preferred candidate profile male only

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience working as an IT Recruiter (Agency or Corporate).
• Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Naukri boolean strings, filters, and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Tech Knowledge: Good understanding of common IT terminologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
