Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse IT technologies.
• Partner with clients to interpret technical and project requirements.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Handle interview scheduling, coordination, and communication.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Share timely updates with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track hiring metrics and present weekly reports to clients.
• Ensure compliance with client recruitment processes.
• Support onboarding and documentation where needed.
• Experience in client-side hiring or staffing service models.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing techniques (Boolean, GitHub,
• Stack Overflow).
• Ability to hire for niche or senior technical roles.
• A proactive, people-centric approach with strong communication skills.
