IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for permanent positions through headhunting, leadership hiring, niche hiring, and technology hiring.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Provide consultancy services to clients on their IT staffing needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct lateral hiring exercises to fill critical roles within organizations.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including permanent staffing and consultancy services.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
