  9. Job Description:
  11. Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  13. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
  15. Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
  17. Schedule and coordinate technical/client interviews and follow up with candidates.
  19. Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
  21. Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
  23. Handle offer rollout, documentation, background verification, and onboarding coordination.
  25. Maintain candidate data and recruitment status in ATS/MIS.
  27. Should have experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
  30. Required Skills:
  32. 2–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
  34. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  36. Good knowledge of IT technologies and job portals.
  38. Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  40. Strong candidate communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  42. Ability to work with targets and meet recruitment deadlines.
  44. Immediate joiners preferred.
