Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and technical skills.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to assess experience, skills, availability, location, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview confirmations, feedback, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand open positions and prioritize recruitment needs.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track interview schedules, candidate feedback, offers, and joining status.
